I am walking in honor of my father-in-law "Jack" whom I just called dad. "Papa Jack" as my kids called him will always hold a special place in my heart. I will never forget his generosity when John and I really struggled with expenses and his support in raising of sons. The twinkle in his eye when he saw all his grandchildren was priceless.
This cruel disease took him too soon. Yet, I know he suffers no more and is in the joyful presence of our Lord and Savior. My hope is in my assurance that I, too, will join him one day.
"He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away". Revelation 21:4
