On July 16, 2019 at 5:05 p.m. my best friend, my mom, BEA KRAM took her last breath after a long battle with Alzheimers. Her journey with Dementia became evident after she turned 80 and ended 2 weeks after turning 89. She always was the strongest woman I ever knew, and I am honored that that I had the privilege of having her in my life for as long as I did.
I'm leading the way to Alzheimer's first survivor by participating in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®. Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050. Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease.
Together, we can end Alzheimer's disease. Please make a donation to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.
Again this year, for each donation of $25.00 (or more) made through my Facebook or participant page will earn a chance to win a $100.00 gift card. The drawing will be held on the morning of the St. Petersburg walk and the winner will be posted on my Facebook page as well as notified in person. The more you donate (in increments of $25.00) the more chances to win!
Thank you for joining the fight against Alzheimer's!
