We know raising funds and awareness for the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s® may look a bit different during this time of physical distancing and quarantine. But there’s still so much that can be done to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association®.

Do you have check donations?
Download the Walk to End Alzheimer's App and utilize the mobile check deposit feature. Or, please send check donations to Alzheimer's Association Attn: Fort Morgan Tri-County Walk 12874 S Pony Express Rd Ste 300 Draper, UT 84020. Be sure to include a note that states Fort Morgan Walk and the participant and/or team name to be credited. (All Colorado Chapter mail is being forwarded to Utah at this time, this will help save a step and time!)
While our staff is working from home in accordance with public health guidelines, most of the Association’s services are now available online or by phone.
