Together we can end Alzheimer’s Disease. I have witnessed the various stages of dementia by taking care of both of my parents with Parkinson's Disease. I am now in my 13th year as a caregiver. Dad passed away at age 90 in 2008. Mom is still going strong at 99. I have also been privileged to help many families who are dealing with dementia and trying to find support for their loved one and figure out the next steps. You can only truly understand what a family is going through if you have lived it.
Please make a donation to advance the care, support, and research efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association. IF YOU DONATE $50 OR MORE TOWARD MY PERSONAL GOAL, I WILL HAPPILY MAKE YOUR FAVORITE PIE or CHOCOLATE CHIP OATMEAL COOKIES AND DELIVER TO YOUR DOOR (Pie delivery available only within a 25-mile radius. If you live farther away, please choose cookies so I can mail them to you!)
Thank you for joining Mom and me in the fight against Alzheimer's!
Sending prayers, peace, and hope,
Mary Lou and Mom (Mary Ann) and in Dad's (Bob's) memory
