In 2014, my Grandma Elaine was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. She is a happy person, she participates in daily activities and she exercises every day. Sadly, her memory does not work like it used to and each day is a struggle. She remembers many things and stories from her childhood; however, her memories of the last 20 years are slipping away. We are grateful for all the time we spend with her and shower her with love and affection. She is well cared for by our family and the caregivers at Ovation Sarah Chudnow. This disease is terrible for those afflicted and their loved ones.
That is why I am leading a team on September 15, 2019 to participate in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's. Please help support TEAM GRANDMA STRONG! This walk is the world's largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support and research. Please help and join the fight by joining us on the walk and/or contributing to TEAM GRANDMA STRONG! Our goal is to raise $2000. Every dollar we raise will work to advance care, support and research.
Please help me and donate to TEAM GRANDMA STRONG!
Thank you for your support! Love, Bennett
