Fort Adams State Park (inside the Fort)

Registration opens at 8:30am 
Ceremony at 9:30am 
Walk at 10:00am

The Walk takes place around the entire Park.
Please arrive at the Fort parking lot and follow the parking signs.
The start and finish will take place within the Fort. 

New for 2019: Walk to End Alzheimer's Goes Green: Please bring your refillable water bottle to the Walk. We will not be using any single use plastic water bottles. Cups will be available. 

Parking information: There is plenty of parking available at the Fort. Please follow parking signs and come all the way to the Fort itself.

Weather information: We walk rain or shine, and will keep you informed in the case of adverse weather on our website and via email.   

Strollers and Dogs are Welcome: Dogs must be on a leash, we ask you to clean up after your pet.

Make sure all of your Teammates are registered prior to Walk Day: It's easier to register and check-in if all your members are registered in advance. We need a headcount and everyone to sign the liability waiver.  

Registration is inside the Fort: Check in will be alphabetically by last name (not Team) at the registration tent. 

Donations: Drop off donations in contribution envelopes with the amount of money and donors clearly identified when you check in. Here is a form to fill out in advance.  You can also download the Walk to End Alzheimer's App wherever you get your Apps and deposit checks via the mobile deposit feature. If you have individually raised $100 you will receive a Walk t-shirt on Walk Day. 

Registration for Champions who raise over $500 will be at the Champions table. Proceed directly to the Champions table to check in.

Incentive Prizes this year  Once all donations are in you will receive a certificate via email with instructions to redeem your prize click here. You have one month post-walk to qualify for the incentives. Fundraising for the Walk concludes December 31, 2019.
