I will once again be participating in the WALK TO END ALZHEIMER'S. We have lost 6 members of the Haas family to this incurable disease. It is my passion to do everything I can to prevent another member of our family from suffering this insidious disease. By participating in the 2019 Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's™, I'm committed to raising awareness and funds for Alzheimer research, care and support.
I will always be a part of this Walk as long as I am able. Dan's Early-Onset Alzheimer's was definitely found to be genetic by the University of Pennsylvania. I am determined to do all I can to help the researchers find a cure for this devastating disease. Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050. Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease.
If you would like to be a member of our Walk Team, "Angels Against Alzheimer's," please feel free to register by clicking on "Join My Team" below. Our walk team is composed of people who are/or did provide care to a loved one with Alzheimer's, but we welcome all new members!
I need your support to do my part! Please make a donation to help the Alzheimer's Association by clicking on "Donate" above. Help us to advance research into prevention, treatments and a cure for Alzheimer's. For the millions already affected by the disease, the Association offers care, education, support and resources in communities nationwide.
Thank you for joining our movement! The end of Alzheimer's disease starts here.
Thank you for helping us advance Alzheimer's support, care and research!
