David Henry embraced life with whole-hearted fervor. He was brilliant and talented. And he died at the age of 61 from Early Onset Alzheimer's Disease.
David was 53 when he started showing symptoms and was diagnosed 3 years later. There was very little known about the disease, and very little help for those suffering from it at that time. We knew it was fatal, and slow.
Since his passing, much has been learned about Early Onset Alzheimer's. There has been an upsurge of research and studies, with hopeful insights and developments. But no cure. And the numbers are steadily increasing.
Please join me in supporting the search for a cure for this devastating disease, and helping the families and patients who are struggling with it. Every donation counts, no matter what the size. Thanks, Peg KempHenry
