Our Dad/Grandfather was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in early 2000. At first he would just forget somethings, then it became everything. He wouldn't remember who we were or even go to the restroom. After years of being at home he was put in a nursing home. He lost his battle with the horrible disease September 2013. If you can either walk with team Tom's Troops or donate to our team, I know that myself, my family, and millions of others would be grateful. Even the smallest of advances in finding a cure or treatment would be amazing!
