Michael Moran has been riding rollercoasters internationally to raise funds & awareness for his Walk to End Alzheimer's since 2012! He rides rollercoasters, not particularly because he enjoys the thrill, but rather as a tribute to his brother Kevin J Moran, Jr., a rollercoaster enthusiast who succumbed to early-onset Alzheimer's in 2012 at the age of 54.
Supporters of Roller Coaster Crawls to End Alzheimer's have pledged anywhere from $1 to $100 per roller coaster ride as Michael accumulates rides all summer leading up to the Walk. Over the past 5 years, Michael and his teams have raised over $20,000 for our walks! Kevin's Koasters has consistently placed in the top 3 family teams for each of the past 5 years Walks in Rochester, NY.
