We lost my Dad to Alzheimer's on December 23, 2015. It was a long journey to that point for our entire family, but mostly for my Mom, as she was his primary care-giver day in and day out. Bruce was a devoted, loving, and wise man. He was not a vocal person, but he would always let you know where he stood on things! I learned so much from my dad. It's all the "little" things that you take for granted while you're growing up, and then realize that "hey, Dad was right!". He was always a very supportive and loving father who showed his love in a quiet, yet powerful way.
I realize today how important it is to have a "crew" in life. Those who stand behind you and support you in whatever your passion may be. My dad had an incredible crew during his battle with Alzheimer's and Bruce's Crew will continue to fight against this awful disease and will continue to support those who are currently going through this difficult time with a loved one
Please consider supporting Bruce's Crew in our fight against Alzheimer's!.
