"Alzheimer’s disease is relentless. So are we."
While I feel this is a worthy cause in its own right, for me there's also a personal component as my father is in the late stages of the disease and his sister (my aunt) also had to deal with it during her latter years as well.
In talking with people it's amazing to discover how wide spread this affliction is and the number of families it affects.
I'd be very honored to have you join me in walking on September 28 at Raley Field in Sacramento and/or make a donation to the Alzheimer’s Association on behalf of Team Brownell-Tyhurst.
SPECIAL NOTE: September 28th is Dad's 83rd birthday so that makes this event that much more significant to me on a personal level.
Alzheimer’s is the nation’s sixth-leading cause of death, and the Alzheimer’s Association needs help to provide care and support for those affected while advancing vital research toward methods of treatment, prevention and, ultimately, a cure. With you on my team, together we can make a real difference in the fight against this disease.
Support our team for the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®, the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research.
