In preparation for my bar mitzvah, I'm organizing a social action project in hopes of making a positive impact on the world. I'm helping lead the way to Alzheimer's first survivor by participating in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®. Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050. Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease.
I recently lost my Grandma Ellen to this devastating disease. I want to do something meaningful that will honor her and help others who are suffering from Alzheimer's. I hope that by organizing a team for the Walk, I can make a difference in the search for a cure.
Together, we can end Alzheimer's Disease. Please make a donation to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association. If you would like to join me and my family on the Walk, we would love to have you as part of our team.
