This year I’m opting to do something quite different but for a good cause. I’m raising awareness for Alzheimer’s and would love for all you guys to help if you can. I know I can’t do it all alone but with your little contribution, I know I can reach my goal. As you all know I’ve been through a lot this past year and I’d realize what’s better than helping others in need. It’s the thought that counts and I’m hoping I can raise awareness to help and spread awareness. Just know that you are not alone! Lend a helping hand to those who need it more than I.
