Welcome to Team Utah! I started riding in the Ride to End ALZ in Colorado in 2023, when it became clear that Charlie and I needed to put our fundraising efforts towards this devastating disease. As family struggles with Alzheimer's continued, my dedication to this cause increased. In hopes of encouraging others from Utah to join me in this fight and make the trip out to Fort Collins, I've created Team Utah. Please join me in training for this incredibly well-supported ride in beautiful Northern Colorado. 

Why We Ride: Alzheimer’s disease is the sixth-leading cause of death in the United States. Nearly 7 million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s, and over 11 million are acting as their caregivers. 

We are going the distance for all those affected while raising funds and awareness to advance research toward the first survivor of Alzheimer’s. 

Right now, there is no shortage of ideas in Alzheimer’s research — only dollars. But together, we can help change that. 100 percent of the funds raised from this event will go toward the Association’s efforts to discover methods of treatment and prevention for Alzheimer's and other dementias.
