Why I Ride: My father will be 87 in May and received a diagnosis for Alzheimer’s earlier this year.  None of us were surprised as we had been witnessing his lifelong enthusiasm for just about everything, beginning to dim.  His reaction to the news was classic: let’s make the most of it and perhaps I can contribute to research.  That is why I ride-his spirit is indomitable.  Let’s beat this!
