Jim Pickett, husband of long-time Volunteer and Planning Committee member Becky Pickett, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, February 10, 2024. Jim loved Ride to End ALZ South Carolina as a volunteer and as a strong supporter of Becky's involvement for the past 15 years. Their daughters, Jessica and Olivia, also volunteered as they were growing up. Ride is very special to the Pickett family as is the cause to end Alzheimer's. Becky's brother passed away from this dreaded disease a few years ago.
Always a giver and supporter, Becky designated Ride to End ALZ South Carolina to receive donations in Jim's honor and memory. We have set up this page for that purpose --- to honor Jim's life and to support a cause near and dear to the Pickett family.
