Why I Ride: I've seen too many of my friends and their families hurt by Alzheimer's, and with over 6 million Americans (!!!) living with this disease it's upsetting that there still isn't a cure or any reliable prevention. Like any other science, there are plenty of smart and motivated people available to do the research but never enough money to get it done. So I'm riding 75 miles in June to raise funds for the Alzheimer's Association, to support their efforts to discover methods of treatment and prevention for Alzheimer's disease. If you can support me in any amount, it all adds up and I'd really appreciate it!! All donations go directly to Alzheimer's research, and the warm fuzzies of your support will fuel me and my tired legs for a few hours of riding.
Cheer Me On!
