I am back at it again, cycling the hills of Wimberley Texas for my 4th year to raise money for Alzheimer's research. Alzheimer's has plagued my family. My dad has now been living in a memory care facility for a year and a half, and probably doesn't have much time left. Alzheimer's took down my grandmother, my aunt, and now coming for my dad and uncle as they are both battling.
Every year we raise money to help find a cure to this nasty disease, and to honor those we have lost or currently battling this.
Please consider donating to this cause, and I will once again ride through the giant hills of the hill country, to earn your support. I am going back for redemption this year to beat that 100 miles, that many of you remember got the best of me my rookie year!
If you can spare a few dollars, it will truly mean the world to me and my family. And will help us all get the cure before it gets us!
Right now, there is no shortage of ideas in Alzheimer's research - only dollars. Which is why I am asking for your support. I am participating on the Ride to End ALZ®, a fully-supported, premier cycling event that supports the Alzheimer's Association's efforts to discover methods of treatment and prevention for Alzheimer's disease.
With each mile I ride, I am raising funds to advance research toward the first survivor of Alzheimer's. Thank you for cheering me on.
Cheer Me On!
