Why I Ride: As an African American female, I note that the Alzheimer’s Association has identified an emerging public health crisis among African Americans — the Silent Epidemic of Alzheimer’s Disease. In addition, regardless of your ethnic background, there are few people that have never been affected by Alzheimer’s disease. Whether you witness your own family member grappling with this disease or you provide support to friends caring for loved ones with the disease. That is why I am a promoter and rider of the Ride to End ALZ in the Nation's Capital.
Will you join me in riding? Please reach out to me and I can tell you how to become a rider with Team Jubilee to raise funds for this worthy cause. You don't have to ride far and you will be contributing to a great cause.
Don't want to ride? How about supporting my ride? The funds you donate will advance research toward the first survivor of Alzheimer’s.
Either way, thank you for cheering me on.
Cheer Me On!
