- FOR THE PATIENTS & FAMILIES we serve. Within our hospitals and clinics, we are providing care to those impacted by Alzheimer's disease every day. More than 6 million Americans are living with Alzheimer's, and over 11 million are acting as their caregivers.
- FOR OUR TEAM MEMBERS personally impacted by the Alzheimer's disease. Many of whom are providing care to their loved ones.
- FOR OUR COMMUNITY. North Memorial Health is a vital resource to the communities we serve. Dedicated to providing the best possible care, but also interested in supporting research to put an end to this devastating disease.
