Why I Ride: Thank you for taking the time to read this. For the third year in a row, I will be riding to raise funds for Alzheimers and Dementia research. It’s a disease that has affected my family and continues to do so. I ride in memory of my Grandmother, Florence A. Davis. She lived an amazing life and persevered through hardships including Dimentia in the latter years of life. She inspired me to be who I am today. I ride for her brother, my Great Uncle Jim. A WW2 vet who was a wonderful caring man. I ride for my Uncle Gary who currently is fighting with it. I ride for my former boss Pete who also was a great mentor and inspiration in my life.
Please join and help me by donating to my ride to further research for Alzheimer’s and Dimentia. Thank you!
Organization Info: Right now, there is no shortage of ideas in Alzheimer’s research — only dollars. Which is why I am asking for your support. I am participating on the Ride to End ALZ, a fully-supported, one day fundraising event where every dollar raised supports the Alzheimer’s Association’s efforts to discover methods of treatment and prevention for Alzheimer’s disease.
With each mile I ride, I am raising funds to advance research toward the first survivor of Alzheimer’s. Thank you for cheering me on.
Cheer Me On!
