Why I Ride: My wife Carol has been the light of my life and my biggest champion for most of our life together. When she was diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimer's Disease at age 57, our whole world turned upside down. Now I am Carol's champion, and it is in her honor that I will ride in the Ride to End ALZ this year. Most of Carol's career revolved around helping others create better futures for themselves and future generations. Your donation to my ride may not benefit Carol directly, but you will help us help future generations of people diagnosed with Alzheimer's, as well as their caregivers. What an amazing way to honor Carol's legacy!
With more understanding in the medical community and better diagnostic tools, there is hope that we can find better treatments for this devastating disease. Maybe even ways to prevent it! The research requires money, and I am determined to do my part to support this cause! Will you join me?
