Why I Ride: I am riding in memory of Susan's wonderful sister, Karla Pinson, and her family who loved and supported her throughout her illness.
Karla was diagnosed at the very young age of 56, and taken from us just 4 short years later. This is an unforgiving, unrelenting disease, that needs a cure.
Right now, there is no shortage of ideas in Alzheimer’s research — only dollars. Which is why I am asking for your support.
This is a one day event. I will be pedaling 60 miles. With each mile I ride, I am raising funds to advance research toward the first survivor of Alzheimer’s. Thank you for cheering me on.
