I am determined to go the distance for Kiera LaFalce, my good friend and coworker, and her late grandmother Gloria LaFalce!
This July, I'll be participating in Ride to End ALZ South Carolina, a unique 252-mile journey across the state. Previously known as A Ride to Remember, this event raises funds for the research, care and support efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.
I joined this event as an avid cyclist wanting to support my team, the RYOBI Cyclepaths. It quickly became more personal to me when I discovered Kiera’s grandmother suffered from Alzheimer's.
Right now, there is no shortage of ideas in Alzheimer's research — only dollars. That's why I am asking for your support.
