Why I Ride: An Uncle passed away in 2014 and an Aunt in 2018 both with Alzheimer's. It's time i put my fundraising efforts toward Alzheimer's research. I am determined to go the distance for them and all others affected with this horrible disease. I've decided to ride a Century on June 4, 2022 with the Alzheimer's Association. My friends and I will ride 100 miles in honor of our family members that have passed away while suffering form the Alzheimer's disease.
The money raised supports the Alzheimer’s Association’s efforts to discover methods of treatment and prevention for Alzheimer’s disease. Right now, there are more than 6 million Americans living with this disease, yet there is no shortage of ideas in Alzheimer’s research — only dollars!! Which is why I am asking for your support.
Thank you in advance for cheering me on, pledging me or maybe even riding with me to help advance research. Hopefully, together we will see the first survivor of Alzheimer's in our lifetime.
