There are no more important lessons and memories than the lessons and memories of a Wife a Mother and a Grandmother. We will apply and cherish these forever. This is a void that cannot be filled, but the lessons Cathy taught us all will help guide us as we carry on. I will hug and kiss her and look for that smile I get to see whenever it appears. God Bless Cathy. I will always love you. Y.M.M.S.V.H.
With this message I am planning on riding 30 miles for Cathy and if you think you can please donate a dollar a mile. If my old bones can handle a few more and you can handle a bit more maybe .50 for each extra mile. Thanks in advance and God Bless you and My Cathy
Why I Ride: I am determined to go the distance for all those affected by Alzheimer's. I am inspired by the strength of the more than 6 million Americans living with this disease, and the over 11 million family members and friends who provide them with care. I am also inspired by science.
Right now, there is no shortage of ideas in Alzheimer's research -- only dollars. Which is why I am asking for your support. I am participating on the Ride to End ALZ, a fully-supported, one day fundraising event where every dollar raised supports the Alzheimer's Association's efforts to discover methods of treatment and prevention for Alzheimer's disease.
With each mile I ride, I am raising funds to advance research toward the first survivor of Alzheimer's. Thank you for cheering me on.
