Why I Ride: This isn?t just another event for me?it?s personal. Alzheimer?s has touched the lives of people I care about including my mother-in-law, Melanie, and my grandmother, Virginia, so i know firsthand the heartbreak it causes. That?s why I?m stepping up to lead, raise awareness, and rally the incredible Texas community to fuel research and find a cure.
Last month, I had the privilege of attending AAIC 2025 in Toronto, where I got an even closer look at the brilliant researchers driving this mission forward. Their work is groundbreaking, their passion is contagious?and it left me more determined than ever to help accelerate progress.
The Ride to End Alzheimer?s isn?t about how far you ride?it?s about how far we?ll go together to end this disease.
Over the next few months, I?ll be recruiting riders, sponsors, and supporters from every corner of Texas. If Alzheimer?s has touched your life?or if you simply believe in fighting for a future without it?I?d love for you to be part of this movement.
