My Story

The Longest Day is the day with the most light — the summer solstice. On June 21, I will be live for my sunrise to sunset charity stream at https://twitch.tv/AerialApostle. The past couple of years have been amazing, and I'm looking forward to building on those experiences to make this year's stream even better! My Grammy was diagnosed with Alzheimer's a few years ago, but I didn't realize how bad it was until the holidays in 2022. This is why I started fundraising for Alzheimer's Association. The standard goal for The Longest Day is $1,600, for the 16 hours of daylight. However, my goal is $1,691, which represents the 1,691 miles I live from my Grammy, and is a reminder of how I am doing my part to support her from so far away. On behalf of my family and the more than 6 million Americans living with Alzheimer's, thank you for your donation.
