This June, stand up to the darkness of Alzheimer’s. Join our team for The Longest Day, the day the Alzheimer’s Association calls on everyone to fight Alzheimer’s disease. Together, we'll raise funds and awareness for Alzheimer's care, support and research.

I am happy to share that we will be having the Janet's Memories fundraiser benefit at Orange Theory West to benefit the Alzheimer's Association of Cincinnati. We will be doing something different this year, a 90 minute workout. This will take place on Saturday, June 24th at 10:45am 12:15pm Orange Theory West on Harrison Ave. As many of you know I lost my mom in March of 2019 to this disease. I volunteer and do this to help raise money' to find a cure for this terrible disease. Many of you may have someone you love suffering with this or disease or will. Please help end this terrible disease. I am asking for a donation of $25.00 to attend this 90 minute class. Wear your purple and join me for a fun workout.
