Our Team Story

We want to rally hikers across Maryland, DC, and Virginia to join us and help us PAINT the Trails purple, figuratively speaking of course. Raise awareness while doing something you are passionate about. It's a win-win! Our goal is to reach the ultimate summit: a cure! With your help, we can get closer to achieving that vision.

Join our team efforts and you'll receive a Welcome Kit with your own purple T-shirt and a personalized fundraising platform (for those wanting to go above and beyond).

Our first organized hike was May 21 at Sugarloaf Mountain. Next planned hikes are:

September 21 (World Alzheimer's Day) 8 AM- Great Falls!
November 11 (free National Park entrance day) Harper's Ferry and Maryland Heights
