My Story

This is in honor of my great grandmother who passed in 2002 and my grandmother who is now currently fighting Alzheimer's.


The Longest Day is the day with the most light — the summer solstice. On June 21, thousands of participants from across the world come together to fight the darkness of Alzheimer’s through a fundraising activity of their choice.

My team will be hosting a cookout and "purple" party with our facility for our residents! We will have a band, great food, and lots of purple to raise awareness!
