My Story

The Longest Day is the day with the most light — the summer solstice. On June 21, thousands of participants from across the world come together to fight the darkness of Alzheimer’s through a fundraising activity of their choice. Will you join the fight with a donation today?

Alzheimer’s disease has touched so many lives, maybe even yours. I am honoring my mother on this day. We found out late age that she could paint pictures by looking at them. I also found out during covid-19 that I had a knack for painting too. My activity to honor my mother on June 21st The Longest Day will be painting a picture with my her favorite colors.
