Again this summer, I will be participating in a fundraising event for the Alzheimer’s Association called 48 Peaks. In a collective effort, we’re climbing to the tops of NH’s 4,000 footers to raise funds and support research efforts for all those affected by Alzheimer’s and other dementias. My team will be climbing Mt. Eisenhower and Mt. Monroe. This is an important era of Alzheimer’s treatment, with FDA approved drugs that can change the course of Alzheimer’s.
