My Story

Once again, on June 8th, I will be honoring those affected by Alzheimer’s disease (especially family members that I have lost, Leo Couture, Alice Poirier, and Marge Walters) by participating in 48 Peaks for The Longest Day, a fundraising event to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association. This will be my 3rd year participating in this rewarding event.

This year I will be hiking to the summit of Garlfield one of New Hampshire’s 4,000ft. peaks in the White Mountains. Please make a donation and help me reach my goal!

Today, over 50 million people across the world are living with Alzheimer's, including more than 6 million Americans. In the U.S. alone, more than 11 million caregivers generously dedicate themselves to those with Alzheimer's and dementia, providing over $287 billion worth of unpaid care.  We must take action now, as these numbers continue to rise.

This disease has taken so many loved one from us and it is time to do our part to raise awareness and money for valuable research.

Together, we can show those facing Alzheimer's disease that they are not alone. Please make a donation today to help the Alzheimer's Association support all those facing the disease. Thank you!
