My Story

This June, I will be honoring all those affected by Alzheimer’s disease by participating in 48 Peaks for the Longest Day, an event to raise funds for the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association. While I love hiking, I am also a member of HBNH48, an outward facing community, seeking opportunities to help others. 

I will be participating in the 48 Peaks event by hiking with a team of awesome hikers to the summit of Mt Garfield.  At  4501 feet high, it is in The White Mountains of New Hampshire. I will be rewarded not only with one of the most dramatic summits in the eastern U.S., but also the gratification of knowing that we've helped a tremendous organization!
