My Story

I am fighting Alzheimer’s through Tulsa's Mah Jong for Memories™, a fun play-day to be held during June 2024 at the Oaks Country Club. We will play our favorite game and enjoy lunch, prizes and some surprises. I am so excited to see everyone again!


Friends taught me this challenging and engaging game after my husband, Tony, died of Early-Onset Alzheimer's. The game and my new Mah Jongg friends opened up a whole new world of fun for me. They got me re-involved and thinking just when I needed it!


Mah Jongg for Memories™ is a The Longest Day Event, a FUNDraiser and FUN-raiser to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.
