SC Delta Chapter is a team member of Together We Can, a statewide team comprised of South Carolina Alpha Delta Kappa chapters, along with their families and friends.


With our teammates across the state, we will help raise funds for the Alzheimer's Association to support Alzheimer's patients and caregivers, and to provide research funds toward finding a cure for this dreadful disease.
