My Story

This Saturday, June 24, I’m participating in The Longest Day, a fundraising event to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association. My fundraising team Puzzle Palooza is spending the day assembling jigsaw puzzles at the Minneapolis Veteran’s Home. I am $85 away from reaching my fundraising goal. Would you consider making a donation to help me achieve it? Our Puzzle Palooza team has raised $32,500 over the past 7 years!

My dad lived in the memory unit at the veteran’s home for several years. My mom developed dementia and lived in memory care at Eaglecrest in Roseville for the last 6 months of her life. Research for memory issues is near and dear to my heart.
