My Story

Hello family and friends! 


 It is that time of year and I am back at it fundraising for a cause so dear to my heart. I am still with Touchmark up in the West Hills of Portland. I continue to create relationships with my Memory Care residents and love them as best as I can.  


As most of you know, I work with people living with dementia every day.  I see the devastating impact it has on, not only the person living with it, but also the family members, friends, caregivers, and anyone else that is a part of their life.  Well, it's time to do my part in this fight. Please consider joining my team and helping me in this fight to find a cure for people living with Alzheimer's.


An estimated 6.7 million Americans age 65 and older are living with Alzheimer's in 2023. Seventy-three percent are age 75 or older.
This number is projected to triple to 16 million by 2050. In the United States alone, more than 15 million caregivers generously dedicate themselves to those with Alzheimer's and dementia. These numbers will only continue to rise unless we take action.

Together, we can show those facing Alzheimer's disease they are not alone. Please make a donation to help the Alzheimer's Association advance research toward the first survivor of Alzheimer's and provide care and support to those facing the disease today.
