Our Team Story

Welcome to our team page for The Longest Day! We are determined to help end Alzheimer’s by raising funds and awareness for the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association.

The Longest Day is the day with the most light — the summer solstice. On June 21, thousands of participants from across the world come together to fight the darkness of Alzheimer’s through a fundraising activity of their choice. Our team is joining the fight! You can help by making a donation — or even joining our team — today.

We need your help to end this relentless disease. Together, the strength of our light will outshine the darkness of Alzheimer’s.

Here are some events at the Reserve you can look forward to in June to raise money for the Longest Day:

1- Friday June 7 & 12 at 1pm in the Theater Room, we will feature TED Talks/WE Talk specifically about Alzheimer's Disease.

2- Wednesday, June 12th at 2:45pm in the Theater Room, we will have a guest speaker from the Alzheimer's Association, "Understanding Alzheimer's".

3- Thursday, June 12th 11-1pm in the Lobby, we are selling cupcakes! All proceeds go to Alzheimer's, cupcake donations are welcome!

4- Live Music with Tony Macaroni and happy hour, in the Main Dining Room, we are also selling plants, all proceeds will go to the Alzheimer's Association.

5- Friday, June 21at 4-6pm in the courtyard, Longest Day Carnival Extravaganza! games and prizes!
