Our Team Story
Lexington Goes Purple, Lexington’s annual awareness and fundraiser for the Alzheimer’s Association, is returning for our eighth year this May.
Lexington residents are invited to participate in our programs and activities:
LAWN SIGNS
Sign up to display a Lexington Goes Purple lawn sign at bit.ly/LexPurpleLawnSign. We will deliver a lawn sign to your front yard on or around May 15 and collect it by June 30.
Purple love sculpture
Check out the Purple Love Sculpture on the lawn at Youville Place from mid-May through mid-June!
Flower project
Honor your favorite dementia patient or caregiver with a $20 donation to the Purple Flower Project and support the planting of purple salvia around Lexington Center. Donate $20 per honoree at bit.ly/LexPurpleFlower. When you make your donation, scroll down the page to the donor recognition section and list the name or names of those you want to honor there. We will inscribe those names on a decorative purple brick in the border of one of our flower beds. The brick borders will remain up until June 30.
