Fundraising Progress
My Story
The Longest Day is the day of the year with the most light -- the Summer Solstice -- and it's the day when people all over the country hold fundraising events to advance the care, support, and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.
In past years, I bicycled 50 miles to honor the memories of my mother, Victoria, who died of Vascular Dementia in 2015, and my mother-in-law, Traudl Green, who passed away from Alzheimer's Disease in 2021. This year, I will ride to also honor all of your loved ones and friends who are battling dementia now or who have passed away from one of these awful diseases.
Your support of my fundraisers in 2019, 2021, 2022, and 2023 resulted in over $41,000 going to the Alzheimer's Association! Your generosity was greatly appreciated and made a huge difference! I'll be bicycling another 50-mile ride on June 22, 2024 and I'd be honored to have your support as I aim to crack the $50,000 mark. Please consider making a donation today to help the Alzheimer's Association support all those facing the disease. Thank you!
