About the New York City Chapter

The Alzheimer’s Association, NYC Chapter provides programs and services in Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island and Queens. 

We've mobilized volunteers and corporate partners to join us in the cause, and raised nearly one million dollars in NYC last year to support local Alzheimer's research, prevention and care initiatives. 

Our professionally staffed 24/7 Helpline 800-272-3900 offers information and advice to thousands of callers a year and provides translation services in more than 300 languages.

About the Event

The United Airlines NYC Half is a 13.1 mile race featuring a field of over 20,000 runners who will enjoy an iconic NYC experience, 

beginning their run in Prospect Park in Brooklyn and finishing in Central Park.

The Course

The thrilling course (subject to change by organizers) will start in Brooklyn's Prospect Park and finish in Manhattan's Central Park! 

The finish line is at West 75th St. inside the Park.
