Fundraising Progress

My Story
Unfortunately, two of my grandparents, Billie and Jean Newton, were both diagnosed with this disease and I witnessed first hand how awful Alzheimer's can be. There really are no words to describe what it's like to watch people you love go through something like this and I pray a cure is close at hand.
On June 20, I'm doing what I love to honor those affected by Alzheimer’s disease. I’m participating in The Longest Day, a fundraising event to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.
Today, over 50 million people across the world are living with Alzheimer's, including more than 6 million Americans. In the U.S. alone, more than 11 million caregivers generously dedicate themselves to those with Alzheimer's and dementia. We must take action now, or these numbers will continue to rise.
Together, we can show those facing Alzheimer's disease that they are not alone. Please make a donation today to help the Alzheimer's Association support all those facing the disease. Thank you!
