Our Team Story
On April 23rd, join our team in a tennis tournament in Madison, SD. All day long we will be hosting tennis, with singles in the morning and doubles in the afternoon. The courts are located next to the High School at the intersection of NE 9th St & Summit Ave .
Players of any level are encouraged to join, and brackets will be created accordingly. All players will also be guaranteed two matches.
To participate fill out this google form, and donate a recommended entry cost of $15 per doubles player or $20 per singles player. Cash and other donations are accepted the day of the tournament.
For doubles, both you and your partner should fill out this form. Also, please fill out the form twice (one for each type) if you plan on entering for both singles and doubles. Sign up before the 21st to reserve your spot.

Doubles - Start at 1pmJoin our team for The Longest Day, the day the Alzheimer’s Association calls on everyone to fight Alzheimer’s disease. Together, we'll raise funds and awareness for Alzheimer's care, support and research. All proceeds from this tournament will be donated directly to the Alzheimer's Association.
