Our Team Story
On May 7 we will celebrate the summer solstice (a little early) by honoring Scott Brittle in a 'The Longest Day' event. Scott was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease this year. After my initial sadness, I wanted to honor him. By participating in The Longest Day, I want to raise awareness - along with funding for care, support and research.
We will have a leisurely Sunnyvale bike ride followed by a lunch in the Brittle's garden. If you would like to join us for the bike ride and/or lunch, please sign up for the team. I will then provide more details in April.
If you are unable to join us on May 7, any modest donation would be greatly appreciated.
Together, the strength of our light will outshine the darkness of Alzheimer’s.
