11:00am: Welcome, opening chants, Level 1 yoga
12:30pm: Kid's yoga (in the event the kids don't feel like doing yoga, we can do a Q&A/fine tuning session)
1:30pm-2:30pm: Break
2:30pm: Mixed level yoga
4:00pm: Gentle yoga
5:30pm: Pranayama, Drop Your Burdens meditation, closing chants
Bring a yoga mat and any props you find helpful (blocks, strap/belt, blankets/towels). Bottles of water will be provided, but be sure to pack a lunch or snacks if you're staying all day. I hope to teach these classes outdoors, so also remember your sunscreen. In the event of rain, we do have an indoor space to go. I hope to see you there!
Can't make it in person? I'm working on digital options, whether it be a livestream or sending out videos of the classes afterwards.
