Our Team Story
Today, an estimated 50 million people worldwide are living with Alzheimer's or other dementias, including more than 5 million Americans. In the United States alone, 16 million friends and family members are providing their care. We must take action now, or these numbers will continue to rise.
Ride with The ALZ El Tour de Tucson team and help #ENDALZ by raising vital funds and awareness for the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.
Join a team of dedicated cyclists riding for an end to Alzheimer’s. As part of our team, you have the opportunity to participate in group rides, get fundraising guidance and gain access to fun incentive prizes.
The El Tour de Tucson will take place on April 10, 2021. To register and ride for the Alzheimer's Association, visit eltourdetucson.org
**During this time of social-distancing, riding for the ALZ El Tour de Tucson team presents an opportunity for riders to join together virtually and train safely, while physically apart. While we may not holding group rides just yet, we encourage riders to get out there and put the miles in. Post your efforts on your favorite training app and share on social media. Let others know that you are committed to #endalz!
