My Story
The Longest Day is the day of the year with the most light — the summer solstice. And it's the day we have committed to fight Alzheimer's disease! We're participating in The Longest Day, a fundraising event to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association. Fundraising is now is full swing. Please share our info to everyone! Any amount you can give is appreciated!
Our MAHJONGG FOR MEMORIES 2021 Tournament will be held Saturday, August 21, 2021 from 9am to 4pm at Advent Lutheran Church 1601 Green Lane, West Chester. Thanks to Advent for donating their Social Hall for this event!
If you donate at least $45 that counts as your entry fee to the tournament and 100% goes to the Alzheimers Association.
We hope you will join us or donate as one of our sponsors. Our goal is to double our tournament this year and over achieve our fundraising goal!
Today, an estimated 50 million people worldwide are living with Alzheimer's or other dementias, including more than 5 million Americans. In the United States alone, 16 million friends and family members are providing their care. We must take action now, or these numbers will continue to rise.
